This week’s NDHSAA “Did you Know?” Fun Fact is:
The North Dakota High School Activities Association began sponsoring state championships in Class B Girls Golf in the spring of 1987.
The first NDHSAA Class B Girls Golf State Tournament was played May 26-27, 1987 in Carrington and New Rockford.
Mayville-Portland won the first team state championship and Chris Werlinger of Central Cass won the first NDHSAA Class B girls golf individual state championship.
